Once the tender picks you up takes you to land...Can anyone tell me what is there to do once we reach shore? Are there beaches in close proxmity to be able to walk to?

 

Im very much a beach person and would l ove to shop and beach it if at all possible..

There is a beautiful beach there. Go to the private island section of the ports of call board and you will find lots of information.

Wow, I am so jealous. Half Moon Cay is my favorite port. The beach they tender you to is gorgeous! We did the eco-tour -- it was great, if you are a nature person. There are a few shops there, but nothing major. They had bars, live music, lunch buffet, and activities for those who hung out around the bar. We were pretty much beach bums that day, it was hard to tear ourselves away from that beautiful beach. It is a private island, so excursions have to be booked through the ship. Have fun!
