okbrit Posted July 23, 2007 #2 Share Posted July 23, 2007 There is a direct train from London to Southampton. It takes less than an hour and there are 2-3 trains an hour. The train leaves from Waterloo station in London. Depending on where your hotel in London is you may want to take a taxi from your hotel to Waterloo. Just avoid the rush hour. Normandie-BCN Posted July 23, 2007 #3 Share Posted July 23, 2007 You also have the National Express' bus from Victoria Coach Station. Bus is cheaper than train.
Globaliser Posted July 24, 2007 #4 Share Posted July 24, 2007 Costs and choices ?Southampton (note correct spelling) is really a British Isles port, so if you go to the British Isles forum you'll find that this is one of the most frequently asked questions there.
