JillH Posted July 24, 2007 #1 Share Posted July 24, 2007 As we are not eligible to use the Next Cruise option, while on our last cruise we booked a cruise for a future date with the intention of transferring the booking to the cruise of our choice at a later time. We have now seen a cruise which we are interested in and an Online Member Savings Certificate is currently available if the cruise is booked by 9/30. Does anyone know if we would be able to apply the certificate if we transfer our existing booking to this cruise? Thanks
Coralc Posted July 24, 2007 #2 Share Posted July 24, 2007 You should be able too. Transfer your booked cruise to the NEW cruise. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE SAME BOOKING NUMBER to keep your onboard credit. Get that all squared away. Then call back, and fax, email or submit the coupon for your new cruise. Make sure you confirm your final payment date, as it may still be the same as for your OLD cruise. :)
gnparend Posted July 24, 2007 #3 Share Posted July 24, 2007 I recently faxed my certificate and within a week had an email and credit in payment summary. The restrictions are usually send coupon or fax before expiration date and before final payment of the cruise
frudutx Posted July 24, 2007 #4 Share Posted July 24, 2007 I've also just emailed C&A with our booking number and coupon code and they've given me the credit. d
