Formal nights on Coral in Alaska: how formal?

Hi,

 

I'm sorry if this has been asked a billion times but... How formal is formal in Alaska? I have a nice red cocktail dress, and a nice long black dress. I could wear these easily. I also have a floor length golden gown, that is very dressy. I could wear this, but it would be much more difficult to pack. Will I be ok in the first 2 outfits, or should I go all the way with my golden gown?
