Which Ships Have A Convertable Lido Cover?

Sorry if the title is confusing...I don't really know what to call it.

 

I know there are some ships that have a "roof" that can be extended over the Lido Deck when it is in cold areas. Does anyone know which ships have this feature?

Grand/Golden/Star and Island/Coral have a retractable roof. There are some covered jacuzzis on some ships, too.

 

Whoops, I think Diamond & Sapphire do, as well, but I've never been on them....

Yup the Diamond definitely does!!! On the Coral the covered pool was adults only, but on the Diamond it was open to all.

Thank you for the replies. I was asking to solve an argument. Someone told me the Crown had a cover that is why it could leave from NY and that the Caribbean couldn't leave from NY because it didn't have a cover:confused:

I believe next year the Caribbean Princess will sail from Brooklyn.

Yup, the CB is sailing out of NYC in the summer of '08 and I'm on it!!:cool:

 

I think the retractable roof works best in Alaska when it's cold or in the Caribbean when it's too hot.

Well I definately won that argument:D

I knew the CB was sailing out of NY but wasn't sure what month it started.

She's there in May
