I noticed that Eli will get you back to the ship at about 4:15. Since our ship leaves at 5PM, is that arrival time ok?

I am looking at Eli's xtreme tour. It says that you see Nelson's Boatyard. Do you see that from the boat or do you actually go on the land to see it? I really like this tour but I have mixed feelings because I would also like to see Nelson's boatyard and Shirley Heights. Does anyone know a tour that does this along with a water/snorkle trip?

You see Nelson's Dockyard from the boat, no time to land and walk around. To see Shirley Heights you need a land tour. Most will combine the dockyard and Shirley Heights into one tour but none that I know of will include snorkeling. You won't be disappointed in the Extreme Tour, save the land stuff for your next trip to Antigua.
