jandiart Posted August 12, 2007 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2007 I have booked my grandchildren on the 10:30 trip from AOS for the:) Dolphin Swim. Can the family then stay at the beach next door? What is the cost? Can you get food there? Does the ship pack picnic lunches?
MiniMom57 Posted August 12, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 12, 2007 I hope you have better luck with the beach than we did.....we were told by the woman who sold us our ticket at the Seaquarium that there was no beach we could use! Imagine my confusion since their website brags about having the "most popular" beach! We ended up touring the aquarium (which was lame) and going back to the ship. carib_traveler Posted August 13, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2007 The beach next door is called the Seaquarium beach (that's why they say they have a beach even though it's actually next door). Entrance is 5 guilders (+/- $3) and another 5 guilders for a lounge bed. There's several beach bars and the one closest to the Dolphin Swim (Hemingway's) serves a decent lunch. Have fun! :)
