When to expect more rooms to open up

We're booked on Nov 3 sailing of Liberty of the Seas, and now want a balcony stateroom. I'm kicking myself, because I had a grand suite and didn't take it because we now have two connecting promenade staterooms, it's myself, DH and two kids (9 and 6). I've been looking EVERY day and so far nothing! Final payment is due Aug 25, any hope of something opening up by then. The ship is just about fully booked right now. Would I do better getting on a wait list or checking my self a few times a day.....

I would do BOTH. RCI will have access to some info that you don't....but you will also be looking more frequently than they will.
