seagirl2002 Posted March 27, 2008 #26 Share Posted March 27, 2008 I also think they need to keep the number limited. Otherwise you would have 200 guests embarking early, disturbing the preparations for the next cruise. Because not everybody will wait patiently in a lounge for the suite to get ready. There are always some that go to reception ask again and again. Some even go directly to their suite and check themself if it is ready. I've experienced it all. My mom and I always embark early. Due to the fact that we have more then 250 days it is free of charge for us but we would do it also with the 100 U$ fee. If you go for lunch in a nice restaurant you pay close to that. dusababy Posted March 27, 2008 #27 Share Posted March 27, 2008 Which cruise from Copenhagen are you on? July 6 to the Norwegian fjords. Can't wait! I've had 26 cruises with Silversea and NORWEGIAN FJORDS is #1. You've made a good choice -- don't miss the excursions.
SantaAna,CA Posted March 27, 2008 #28 Share Posted March 27, 2008 You'll fit right in on Silversea, you're very well dressed. My flight gets in at 2:50pm, the ship leaves Fort Lauderdale at 6pm on December 3. I'll be the one running to the gangplank. Yes, I am a risk taker. Jane
