ebedore Posted August 23, 2007 #1 Share Posted August 23, 2007 Has anybody ever added a thrid person to a cabin that is not marked in the deck plans as being a 3rd or 4th? Voyager Class rooms 9676/9681 are adjoining doubles but what if I want to use them for 5 people total?
marci22 Posted August 23, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 23, 2007 I would think you couldn't- We wanted 2 insides next to each other on our last Explorer cruise (double and triple). RC said it was impossible as there were no cabins left to accomodate 3 people where we wanted them to be. Then we got into our 'double' and there were actually 2 pullmans in the ceiling. On the deck plan, this room was listed as 'double'. Who knows how they figure it all out.
lvtotrvl1 Posted August 23, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2007 You won't be able to book them as a triple if they are only a double.
ebedore Posted August 23, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted August 23, 2007 Thanks. That's what I was thinking but with the talk of a rollaway I thought maybe they actually do add thirds. This leaves me a choice to give up my prime connecting cabins to get seperated rooms that can hold more people or get the other odd combo that connects an oceanview to a balcony but do accomodate 3 per room (more cost overall).
