We got an upsell (Star in Hawaii) several years ago. From a Balcony cabin to a Penthouse Suite. We always book with a TA and had never sailed NCL before. No idea how we got selected.

 

But they hooked us. We're taking Star again in Feb '08 to celebrate our 25th anniversary and DH's 50th Birthday. And this time we splurged on the Owner's Suite. (Figured we'd probably gotten our one and only upsell of my lifetime and really wanted the two balconies since it was such a special occasion.) :)
