When i received my documents for my upcoming cruise there was a letter included with some FAQ's. The letter stated that complimentary pressing was available for 2 garments per cruise. I don't know if they was per person or per stateroom.

Speaking as to how Celebrity does it, they are in your cabin on Day 1 (or sometimes Day 2) of your Cruise. I would imagine Azamara will do it the same way.

Typically, there are 3 levels of coupon books, corresponding to all Captains Club levels.

 

As long as you are a Captain's Club member, the answer to your question, is yes !

I do not believe the Celebrity coupons are good on Azamara sailings. Of course, you can always try. The worst they can do, is say no :)

Coupon books don't really fit the "upmarket" image Azamara is trying to cultivate & the higher per diems generally being charged. They are really more of a mass marketing gimmick. But I understand their appeal.

Yes, thinking about it coupon books are pretty mainstream. While Azamara wants to be upscale, they need to look "out of the box". Upscale people don't run around with coupons.

I consider myself upscale (net worth and income probably in upper 5%) and I will gladly clip and carry a free coupon if it saves me $10 off my bar bill and a $15 credit in the casino. In fact, I 'll take yours if you would otherwise toss it.

That's how I can sail on an "upscale" ship....by clipping and using coupons all year long and I'll use coupons onboard, too, if they offer them. ;)

I agree and have a purse full of coupons, but on vacation, maybe there is a more discreet way to give past passengers perks. Since the room key does much more than open your cabin door, maybe they could program the perks into it.

The coupons I used from our Select Book had to be signed, but one time when I used one, the waiter didn't ask for my signature. If you get to know the waiters, I don't think they will give any trouble about using them.
