Is there bingo onboard the Sapphire....how often and what can you win? I heard HAL gives free cruises does Sapphire do this too?

Yes in Club Fusion. it is a progressive jackpot sometimes worth several thousand by the end of the cruise if nobody wins. :D

I haven't heard of Princess offering a free cruise as part of a jackpot, but I'm not an avid bingo-goer. I have seen them offered on other cruise lines. I do know that they usually start out with winnings for the first game around $200-$500 (DH won $300 the first time we ever played). The cards are quite expensive. Last time I noticed, they were going for about $40 for a bingo session.

A "value pack" is $20, charged to your stateroom. As Colo said it is in Club Fusion and only on sea days. The jackpot usually isn't won until the last day when everyone shows up. Never heard of a line giving away a free cruise though.

Bingo seems to be on all rincess ships--the first time I played on Princess I won a 10 day cruise for 2--my choice of cruise--in North America--this was my first time to play Bingo--it was almost 2 years ago on the Coral

 

After this--I was anxious to get on another rincess cruise--probably only 3 months later--no more cruises given away--they claimed that people were confused as to getting their cruise--That's true--you just don't let them put you off--When you win your cruise--you immediately start going through Carnival to collect--it does work----WISH IT WOULD COME BACK!!!
