When you have a mobility issue, I suggest that you send an email to Ruth to explain the need and confirm their accommodation and then if you make the reservation through the website, insert in the comment section of the reservation form the information about the mobility issue and all of the requirements (such as a ladder which has two or more steps going under the water).
