I need help arranging transfer from Heathrow to Harwich for JOS sept 10/07 sailing.RCCL bus & train transfer is full. If someone could recommend a reliable private transfer you have used or any info of how to get to Harwich without a lot of trouble. Thank you

go to the Jewel of seas meet and mingle board and look under your sailing date...lots of info there.

Follow this and it will take you to the roll call for all Jewel of the Seas sailing. Find your sail date (we are on the Sept.10th) - then you can post to the roll call:

There is a boat train ,leaves Liverpool st Station @ 12.05 pm,direct to port, buy your ticket a the station.

 

There are other trains to Harwich International thro out the day, but are slower.

Just to add to this: If you're thinking about doing this, the least troublesome way of getting from Heathrow airport to Liverpool Street station by public transport is to take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington station, and then get a cab from there to Liverpool Street station.

 

The normal trains from Liverpool Street to Harwich International are only about 15 minutes slower than the special train, so there's no need IMHO to bust a gut to get to the special train, nice though that is.
