If someone could recommend a reliable private transfer you have used or any info of how to get to Harwich without a lot of trouble. Thank you There is a boat train ,leaves Liverpool st Station @ 12.05 pm,direct to port, buy your ticket a the station. Globaliser Posted September 4, 2007 #6 Share Posted September 4, 2007 There is a boat train ,leaves Liverpool st Station @ 12.05 pm,direct to port, buy your ticket a the station.Just to add to this: If you're thinking about doing this, the least troublesome way of getting from Heathrow airport to Liverpool Street station by public transport is to take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington station, and then get a cab from there to Liverpool Street station. The normal trains from Liverpool Street to Harwich International are only about 15 minutes slower than the special train, so there's no need IMHO to bust a gut to get to the special train, nice though that is.
