Hotel help

I need help, I'm going on a crusie next month. It's the Miami -- Majesty of the Seas. I'm arriving a day early and staying a day later.

What hotels are near the ship?

Try this one. It is usually booked solid many months in advance but you might get lucky. ?

Holiday Inn Port of Miami/Marina Park is the closest hotel to the piers. It is directly across from the famous Bayside Marketplace that has many restaurants and shops for a nice place to spend some time.

It is a reasonable hotel that is kept clean and neat. No beach though, just a pool.

I have stayed there twice. It fills up fast, so don't wait too long to book if you are interested. I paid $219.72 total for 2 nights last September.

If you join their Priority Club, you save a discount on the room right away.

If that is booked try the InterContinental Hotel which is fairly close to it with a great view of the ships. This hotel is also right next to the Bayside Marketplace. ;)

Here is their website.

Here is a site showing you the Bayside Marketplace and what it has to offer.

We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami Hotel that Alexis mentioned when we go down the day before next April. My family has stayed there on previous cruises and said it was very nice and its right across the street from alot of things and the of course the ships. However we booked our rooms a few months ago. So you may want to check it out ASAP. Good Luck and have a great time.

For the past 3 cruises we have stayed at the Hoilday Inn Bayside. It is adequate clkean and the location can not be beat. That said it is getting rather popular so make your ressies soon.... For our Majesty cruise in Nov we have opted to stay at South Beach as we want to do something dif. We are staying at the Beacon.
