Which one...St. Lucia canopy adventure or waterfall

Hi all!

 

Trying to decide between two activities, the rainforest canopy adventure and the rainforest/river hike.

 

We would love to do the canopy adventure but would love to also swim by the waterfalls. Would we have time for both?
