Sting Ray Excursions

My kids (11 and 14) want to do one of the sting ray excursions. Each of the ports of call has this available -- Half Moon Cay, St. Thomas, San Juan, Grand Turk. Just wondering if anyone has done any of these and which would be better and is it a few or a bunch.

I can't help but relate this to whale watching where they can't "guarantee" you'll see a whale.

I don't know about the ships' excursions, but I think Coral World has some kind of sting ray attraction. If this is where the excursion goes, then you're guaranteed to see them, because they're in a tank. I know they have regular stingray feedings there where you can see the divers feeding the stingrays, and they may have modified this to make it user friendly for park visitors.
