Anyone sailing Voyager - 10/4 out of Barcelona

We are looking for 2 people to share a private driver for our excursion in Naples. Our two travel companions had to back out suddenly and we don't want to give up our private excursion, but not sure we want to spend the entire cost between the two of us. The cost is 410 euros for 4 people (approx $568) which we would split evenly. The driver picks us up right at the ship and takes us to Pompeii and then on to some of the towns on the Amalfi Coast (Positano, Ravello, Sorrento). We selected to be dropped off in Sorrento and take the ferry back to Naples so we have some extra time in Sorrento versus the hour drive in the car back to Naples. The ferry takes 30 minutes and costs 9 euros. It was the tour company who suggested I check on here for anyone interested in sharing. The tour is through AP Tours (see their site at www.aptours.it). Payment is made in full on the day of the tour in cash to the driver.

 

I did the research and this private excursion is about the same price as the excursion offered by RCCL, but is a private trip at our leisure where we have opportunities to see more of the towns on the Amalfi coast in a comfortable car and not crammed into a bus and herded around like cattle. Anyone interested?

Have you posted this question on your roll call where everyone on the roll call would be going on your cruise?

This is my first time on here. The tour company mentioned the Roll Call. I am still trying to figure this site out. I wasn't sure I was posting in the right area.
