Super-fast Service For Onboard Credits

I can't believe how fast things have moved for me. I am just learning about all of these ways to get onboard credit, so I didn't have a lot of time to act on the good tips. (We are leaving this Thursday.)

On September 10 I bought 100 shares of RCL stock thru my online broker. As soon as it cleared (September 13), I e-mailed the information in to Royal Caribbean. September 18 I got an e-mail saying my account has been credited. (That will be $200.)

On Tuesday, September 18, I applied online for RCCL Visa cards for both myself and my husband (to get double benefit). We were approved in minutes. Today (Saturday, September 23) our cards arrived. While we won't be able to get the $300 onboard credit on this cruise, we can use those cards to book our next cruise (more onboard credit) while on the ship and get double points.

Can't blame any of these folks for being slow!
