Spirit Cabin Inside CatK..bed question

We are book in CatK inside on NCL Spirit. Does anyone know for sure that the two twin beds can or can not be put together for a Queen size?

All twin beds can be moved together to make a queen size bed aboard the Spirit.

But there will be some queen sized beds that can't be split into twins.

We just got back from a CTN on Spirit. We had 2 twins that they pushed together, but they both had such "sink holes" in them that we couldn't get near each other, at least comfortably. They also had 2 smaller blankets on the bed instead of one large one. Not sure if that's the norm or not.
