Bringing snacks onboard a Carnival cruise?

We have two DD's and will be on a Carnival cruise this November. I was just wondering if we would be allowed to bring food with us on the cruise ship? My youngest one likes to sleep in late and when she wakes up, she eats something right away. I'd just like to bring some nutrigrain bars etc. with us to keep in the room.

Any advice is appreciated!

We always bring her favorite snacks too. We just pack them right in out rolling carry-on. We have never had a problem. Its great for those in-between cabin times and also for ports. We always end up bringing most of it back with us but hey, you can never be too prepared with kids onboard.
