We've been to Orient Bay many times and we either go to Kakao Beach or Bikini Beach, both have casual beach restaurants and bars. Here's sites for each:
Does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to eat lunch while at Orient Beach. We are looking for somewhere casual and not to expensive.
Just take a short walk down the beach and check-out each cafe/bar/restaurant before you decide. Here is the list of possibilities starting at the clothing optional end of Orient:

Papayago
Club Orient
Pedro's
La Salsa
BayWatch
Pirate (white & blue)
TropiCafe (burned)
Continent
Paradiso Beach
Fiesta Mexicana
KonTiki (red/white)
Kakao Beach
Bikini Beach
La Playa
Waikiki Beach (red)
Coco Beach (lite blue)
BooBoo Jam

Some of the very best food is at BayWatch.
