Anyone having problems with Savings Certificates?

I received the following error.

 

At this time, we are not able to complete your request. Please try again later.

This has been for at leat 3 months now, and no can tell me what is wrong only that it will be fixed.

I get the same message. Maybe they will fix it by the time the Saints win a football game!!:D

If your "Cruise History" tab is missing, then you can't access the certificates, either. I've been in that boat (:rolleyes: ) with you for 3-4 months now. We have had them mailed to us the last 2 quarters, so I'm hoping to see them in the mailbox one day soon.

Newest problem is that once you bring them up, there is no offer code, which is needed to use them. I just made two calls to RC, and they can't bring them up either - why am I not surprised???

whew... thought it was my computer and I was trying to figure out what settings kept the offer codes from opening up. Hope they fix this soon.. or should I call and ask them to send it the good old fashioned way? How dumb is that, if they have it, and I call, why can't they just apply it if I give them the reservation number?

I am having the same problem...bringing them up, and no codes or information.. Several calls to RCL later is that I am told the "computer techs" are working on the problem. I am antsy about getting my discount, and some of our group want the new booking deal ! I still have hope; and I am sure they will work it out.
