Should we get connecting staterooms? Or can we just use the balcony?

Recommended Posts

Hopefully going on the Independence Fall 08. DH and I will be with our 3 year old and my parents will be in the next cabin. I know DD will want to visit them in the morning, etc... Should we get connecting staterooms or can the divider between our baconies come out and we can just walk her out to their room? There are 2 sets of D1 rooms on the 9th deck on the hump, but they don't connect which I would love to try and get. If we go farther down we can get connecting D1 & D2 rooms.

We just returned from Liberty of the Seas. We had 4 balcony rooms (2 adjoining, 1 regular room, and 1 junior suite). Our cabin attendant opened the dividers on all 4 of the balconies, which gave us all a lot of room. It was very convenient because we could use the balcony, rather than the hallway to visit each other. The adjoining room was nice because we could put the kids to bed in one room and stay in the other.
