Chops and Portofino early Reservations

If you are in a full Suite can you make reservations before boarding the ship ?

Any info would be appreciated.

Yes. We are in a suite and I received an email from the concierge a week before sailing and he asked if there were any special reservations that needed to be made. We booked Portofino for this coming Monday night so that we wouldn't have to worry about booking while on board.

Please just know that there is no consistent standard across the cruise line for this. Some concierges reach out via email; others don't.

Sometime the concierge will contact suite guests to pre book specialty restaurants, spa appointments, etc.

Your concierge can make those reservations for you. The good ones will contact you prior to your cruise and offer to do most anything they can for you before you board.

 

I've only had one concierge that didn't contact me prior to my boarding. They are usually very good.
