lvtotrvl1 Posted October 13, 2007 #2 Share Posted October 13, 2007 I'm not sure if this will help, but I always put everything in zip lock baggies so if it does run abit, there isn't a prblem. I would put your nebulizer in your carry on to be sure you have it with you..
sail7seas Posted October 13, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 13, 2007 The one quart baggie is only required for gels and liquids you are carryon on with you....not that you are checking. You are only permitted one - 1 quart baggie and all items in it must be 3 ounces or less. As to those gels and liquids packed in checked luggage, you may bring as much shampoo etc as you wish. I put those things in ziplocs just for protection against leaks. You should carry on your breathing machine to be certain it doesn't end up in lost luggage. Medical devices do not count toward your carryon allottment.

ancldaca Posted October 13, 2007 #5 Share Posted October 13, 2007 The 3-1-1 TSA rule is only for flights. Since you are going straight to the cruise, the only no-no would likely be contraband alcoholic beverages...
henepup Posted October 13, 2007 #6 Share Posted October 13, 2007 There is no limited of liquids for medical reasons. If your breathing machine uses liquids you can and should carry it on. I took my inhaler with me thru secruity, I just showed it to TSA and it was no problem. I also did this with my contact solution. cb at sea Posted October 13, 2007 #7 Share Posted October 13, 2007 If you're not flying, you can carry almost anything you want onto the ship. It doesn't have to be in your "checked" bags (the ones you give the porter) , but can be carried on (and should be, if your medications are in there!)
