:( …..Just tried to book the Tabyana Beach Party & Snorkel through NCL for Feb 23 trip and it is full….now what?

That is all that is talked about on the Roatan port of call site (ok maybe not all but quite a bit). Bumming big time…….we love to snorkel and Tabyana gets such rave reviews it was a must for us.

Other tours are Coral Cay where is that and how does the snorkeling compare?

Also Roatan Natural Marine Reserve, how does this compare

NOTE- this is our first cruise and we are bit worried about not booking our excursion with NCL and then having problems and missing the ship leaving

If your mind is set on Tabyana and you like snorkeling, then Coral Cay does not compare, but you can always try an independant tour company or cab that can take you to the same lovely beach your ship does Tabyana. You will be further up the beach thats all. Give it a try there are other options for snorkeling gear and swimming.

for 10.00 per person you can use the facilities at mayan princess which is a beautiful resort on the beach.. you can then walk down the beach towards tabyana to do your snorkeling.. from what I understand theere is snorkeling all along the beach but the reef is closer in near tabyana
