Did anyone hit the Nanaimo casino?

We've been there but not on a cruise..unless you count a BC Ferry as a cruise. Do you want to know anything specific?

Not smokey, you can't smoke in a Casino in BC unless it's in a specific smoking section that is glassed in. I think I did ok, it was bigger than what I thought it would be.....can't remember what machines I was playing, it was a couple of years ago. It's located downtown Nanaimo, but I'm not sure where the ships dock.....sorry

It is about a 5 minute walk from where the ship tenders. Not bad for a small town casino. Tables start opening around 11:00 am and good variety of machines.

You can walk it. We passed it on our way back to the ship from lunch in town. In a dumpy strip mall type of place. Dumpy building. Not at all attractive -- we didn't go in.

FYI - the Casino on the Infinity was excellent!
