Captains Club/Crown & Anchor question

As a Platinum level Crown and Anchor member I have read that I should be able to "Receive matching Captain's Club member recognition when you sail our sister line, Celebrity Cruises".

 

I would like to do this for our sailing on the Century next week but am unable to join the Captain's Club as when I try to enroll online it prompts me to enter our last Celebrity sail date. As we have not sailed Celebrity before I cannot proceed past this page.

 

Any suggestions?

call the Captain's Club and enroll over the phone. That is what we did in order to qualify as Elite before our first Celebrity cruise.:)
