Can you change Harry's menu?

I would love to enjoy the experience of Harrys supper club, but I am a picky eater, and don't like what I see on the menu. DO you think it would be possible to change it a bit, for example, have the chicken with a different sauce?

I don't know, I'm sure you could ask, but everything I ate was so incredible that I would never have changed a thing. I even ate some things that I had no idea what they were (the appetizers that were compliments of the chef) and they were to die for.
