bumpy rides

In looking for excursions on Infinity (Celebrity), many of the trips are in 4 x 4s and the description says, bumpy, not good if you have a bad back, neck, etc. How bad is it? Anybody done these trips? I occasionally have trouble with my neck or back. Is the ride really that bad?

Many times it can be quite bumpy so if you have a bad back I would avoid that. Earlier this year when we were in the Falkland Islands we took the 4x4 over to see the penguins and this would not have been bad with someone who has a bad back.
