princess cruise personalizer

Is anyone having a problem with the cruise personalizer.

It wont let me in to the personalizer as of 8:24 pm pacific time.

Is anyone having the same problem?

I was just in mine with no problems. Do you have your booking #? The site does mess up from time to time. Good luck.

Went on last night at, 11/1, and completed the forms without a problem.

1. does it give an error message? what is it?

I have a problem too - partly my own doing I suppose, but don't know how to correct it. I first signed into the personalizer as "Cindy" but my passport is under "Cynthia". Now I can't complete my forms - anyone know how to fix this?

Call 1800princess. Have names and booking numbers handy for confirmation. They can reset name and password over the phone...
