Carnival Platinum Cruiser Posted November 2, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 2, 2007 I have been told it takes 48 hours for the OBC to be credited to my upcoming sailing. My question is will it be shown on CCL website when I pull up my reservations? How will I know it is credited so I don't have a hassle at the pursers desk when I arrive? jarbg Posted November 3, 2007 #2 Share Posted November 3, 2007 It will appear on your documents before you go or you can call who you booked the cruise with (Carnival or your travel agent) and they can verify it for you.
Grits53 Posted November 3, 2007 #3 Share Posted November 3, 2007 Sounds like a good deal to me. Mind if I ask how much stock (in $$) you need to own in order to get this perk?
popsec Posted November 3, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 3, 2007 I found ours by viewing our online documents (I believe it was on pg 5 right under the cruise cost part). I faxed ours for the upcoming Nov cruise. When I called them 2 days later they said they hadn't received them so I faxed them again. The OBC appeared on my docs that night. A couple days ago I faxed them for our Jan cruises. When I called today they said they hadn't received them (even though it showed as successfully sent). I asked if they could be emailed and she gave me the address. Tonight it's showing an OBC for the Jan 14th cruise but not the Jan 18th cruise. I'd call them if I were you (ext 70041) to follow up as it appears there's a problem with the faxes. I've heard that if you don't have the OBC credit showing when you board then you're out of luck (don't know if that's true or not)
