Food in Crown Sanctuary

So I've read they serve light meals in the Sanctuary. Is there a charge? Is the food the spa selections that you find on the dining room menus? What type of things are offered and if there is a cost is it high?

Here's a picture of the menu from our Crown cruise in May. It's a totally different menu. There was a $3 delivery fee.

Never went to the sanctuary, but looking at the menu with the $3 service charge, I just wanted to give you a heads up that you can either find or make all those items at the lunch buffets. I guess they charge you $3 to bring it to you???

Karen, Those items can't be found at the buffet - they are specifically prepared for the Sanctuary. But yes, the $3 is for delivery.;)

Karen, I know. :)

I've had chicken caesar wraps at HC as well but trust me, they can't compare to the ones served to me at The Sanctuary.

Everything on the menu is prepared exclusively for the Sanctuary, and beautifully presented.

The Greek Pinwheels are awesome!!:D

That said, you can always go to HC or the grill and bring food back into The Sanctuary - we just wanted to try something different.

Sharon, I figured it might be something "fancier" and even if it wasn't, sometimes just having a plate served to you while you are sitting on a comfy lounge chair on a beautiful ship in the middle of the ocean is worth a few $'s! ;)

Yes, and it helps make days like today worthwhile. :D
