Ideas needed

We decided to spend a couple of days in Barbados before the start of our cruise. The person i'm travelling with has heart problems and is not able to walk too far,especially in the heat. I was interested in Harrison's caves,but I don't think it's appropriate under the circumstances.

We have to be at the airport at 4am and will arrive in Barbados around 3:30pm. The first day/night will just be to rest.

Since we've never been to barbados before,can anyone recommend a half day tour that would introduce us to the sights on our second day? :cool:

We've also been told not to miss Oisten's on Friday. Can anyone give us info on where to eat that night. Anyplace we should visit at Oisten's?

On the third day we leave for our cruise. Since we sail at 11pm, we thought we'd get a late checkout and spend the day at the hotel.
