Please help us choose an excursion

We just received our Celebrity Cruise excursion choices and there are too many! How do you decide? Can anyone make some suggestions? We do tend to like less active things such as just touring the island or city, being on a beach, shopping, and photography vs the more active things like zipline, ATV, kayaking, scuba. Thanks!

We just got back from St. Kitts---take the Off the beaten path-plantation tour. It was awesome, you got to see parts of the island that you would not see with other excursions. You ride in jeeps and they go to several old plantations, through the rainforest, they provide a snack of island fruits and sweets, an old church. The owner leads everything and he is a native of St. Kitts, his parents used to run a local inn, but have since sold it. Can't say enough, only that it didn't leave us any time to shop, but it was well worth it.
