mcgraiha Posted November 12, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2007 my dh and i will be in cozumel next month...i've never cruised in december and am a little worried about weather. what do you all suggest if it's a rainy day for cozumel. our plans are to go to paradise beach but don't want to do that if it's bad outside. any fun indoor activities?? dh is not a huge fan of water activities (otherwise, i would say who cares....you'll get wet anyway!) thanks in advance for your help! You could take a cab to San Miguel and shop. Lots of neat little stores a few blocks off of the square and some dandy places to eat. Check out www.cozumelmycozumel.com and www.cozumelinsider.com for lots of ideas. You might try a trip to one of the resorts, or take a trip around the island. The wildside is pretty neat. 2CoolCanucks Posted November 13, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 13, 2007 Is it normally rainy in Cozumel in December?
clackey Posted November 14, 2007 #5 Share Posted November 14, 2007 We've been in Coz 6 times ranging from late Nov thru March. Only had rain one trip. Temps usually run in the 80's and you need to get some good, biodegradable sunscreen.
LHP Posted November 14, 2007 #6 Share Posted November 14, 2007 The good news is that the couple of times we have arrived to rain that morning...by the time we got off the ship...it was gone (and stayed gone the rest of the day!!)
mcgraiha Posted November 14, 2007 Author #7 Share Posted November 14, 2007 that makes me very hopeful. i wasn't too concerned, i just wanted to have back up plans. as far as i'm concerned, i'm in the caribbean.........even if it rains, it's better than being at work in the snow back in ny!!!
