shortstuf Posted November 12, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2007 I heard that the waters were rough for some people and that it was required that they carry their own kayaks - is there any truth to this? Has anyone had a bad experience for this time of year? Will biobay get us back to the ship on time (11:00 pm?)
Luckey Posted November 20, 2007 #2 Share Posted November 20, 2007 Bump. I'm also looking for any information on Bio Bay - how far from OSJ, costs, how long is the tour? Thanks in advance.

Minn.cruisers Posted December 5, 2007 #8 Share Posted December 5, 2007 We're doing the Bioluminous tour with Carnival. We will definitely put a review on here when we get back.
fllchick Posted December 7, 2007 #9 Share Posted December 7, 2007 I don't think RCI offers this excursion through the ship. Will I have time to do it on my own if we're in port from 3pm to 11pm? I would love to do this! Thanks!
Minn.cruisers Posted December 7, 2007 #10 Share Posted December 7, 2007 I don't know about RCI, as haven't been in SJ with RCI. Carnival has a tour on their ships, we are going on that. Make sure if you book a local private tour that you will get back for sailaway. The local ones we checked into would not be able to get us back in time...so a ship ex we booked. Whatever you choose to do, have fun....we leave today...:D
