Beaches in Ocho Rios

Does anyone have any advice on beaches to go to in Ocho Rios? My son wants to hang out at a really nice beach while we are there.:confused:

There is a beach right at Margaritaville at the dock. Not a beautiful Caribbean beach you may have pictured in your mind.

 

You can check out some of the all-inclusives. They may let you buy a day pass and enjoy the facilities. Those are beautiful beaches. We stayed at Couples in Jan 03 and that was a beautiful facility. Other than the resorts I am not sure of too many public beaches. You should contact a local tour guide, they may be able to help you. Good luck.
