Passport question

Hi everyone.........I have a kind of crazy and embarassing question to ask. I got a passport a couple of years ago and am finally going to put it to use next summer for a Med cruise. In the meantime tho, I've lost 150 pounds. Does anyone know if that would be an issue as regards the photo? Do you think I need to get a new one?

Thanks.

First, congratulations on your weight loss!

Second, I would be so proud of my new self that I would spend the money to renew my passport.

Third, if your face looks significantly different; I could see the potential for problems so would bring additional photo ID with your new look to be on the safe side.

Fourth, items 2 - 3 are just my personal opinion.

Again Congrats!!!

:)

I don't think it's a big deal. People change their hair all the time & sometimes THAT'S a huge change. If you are feeling uneasy, take along your driver's license so it's matches. If that's not up to date, at least getting that taken care of is MUCH cheaper than updating your passport.
