Can anyone suggest a good restaurant for lunch in Cozumel?

Well, since I have eaten at Panchos numerous times, I would choose them. Also, Panchos has their own "water purification system" which combined with the normal water purification in Cozumel (remember this is an island - not part of the mainland), which makes me feel MUCH better about partaking in food and drink.
