Are these cabins noisy?

We have booked Oceanview cabins on Deck 2 on the Enchantment of the Seas. They are starboard and slightly aft - cabins 2616 and 2618. We have been told that we might hear engine noise. Should we upgrade to a higher deck? Has anyone stayed in these cabins and can you tell me if you heard a lot of noise?

I doubt you will hear much at all--the cabins are remarkablely well "sound-proofed". You may feel some vibration when you are aft, tho. That's not something that is deck dependant.

We have been aft and have never felt any vibrations that people mention. We were on deck 2 once and swore we would never stay that low again. We don't mind inside but it was very noisy in our location. We try and stay midship now if at all possible - and after our last cruise on aft that's the only way we go!
