Seabourn Breadsticks

Has anyone actually tried to make the breadsticks using the recipe that is included in the "survival kit"? I am having trouble understanding the quantity of ingredients. It says 1/4 cup of flour???? Could that be right. I would love to surprise some fellow travelers with these but the batch I made using the recipe was a disaster.

I also tried the bread stick recipe It didn't turn out anything like what you get at dinner. They are great.
