Other Excursion ideas - 10-day Eastern

Hi all -

 

My girlfriend and I are going on one of the 10-day Eastern Islander or Voyager itineraries on Emerald - not sure which sailing yet, but looking for ideas for non-Princess excursions. Any recommendations would be a great help, save for St. Kitts. I'm going to play Royal St. Kitts, and my honey will be taking advantage of port day spa prices. I've been to St. Thomas and she has not, and we've not been to any of the other ports. Thanks in advance.

Those all have good beach and water activities. What kind of things do you like to do?

 

Harrison Caves should reopen in Barbados sometime soon. I've taken the yacht racing excursion there (while my husband was at Sandy Lane -- there's an idea for you!) and it was fun --- not sure you can do that without going through Princess, though?

A lot of people give Cosol good reviews at St. Lucia. There are also independent snorkel tours you can set up, if water's more your thing than land.

Antigua has very worthwhile historical sites, so if you don't mind overview island tours by bus. Otherwise, enjoy a very relaxed day at the beach. I believe there is now a jungle zipline tour there, as well, but I've been there several times now and haven't seen much in the way of 'jungle.'
