DH and I got two free $400 airline vouchers for US travel after a trip from HE!! last October. Are last minute cruises significantly cheaper? If so, where is the best place to find such deals? And how "last minute" is last minute?

Try this site, they have some good last minute sales and some are for cruises in the future that are just not selling . Scroll down and look for State or Senior discounts also that may apply.:)

We have found that you find the rates cheaper when you book further out if you are booking a balcony and above. You can get some great deals at the link posted if you are booking OV and inside, or just get really lucky and have someone cancel at the last minute.
