Tendering Question

Hi all,

After much help from these boards, I've decided to book whale watching with FISHES while Serenade of the Seas is tendered in ICP. Can anyone give me information on how long it takes to disembark when tendering? FISHES' website indicates that passengers are to be picked up an hour afte the ship is scheduled to arrive at ICP. I've read that it can take a long time to get off the boat and am concerned we'll miss our contact. Are my fears unfounded?
