Ochos Rios with kids

we'll be going to Ochos Rios in Dec with our 5yo and 7yo.

Any suggestions of tours/activities/sights we should do

(I have a feeling climbing the Falls will be too much)

white river tubing may be fun.

Dolphin Cove is a great time for kids & adults. You can choose to either just pet the dolphins or swim with them. You have a life jacket on, so swimming ability is not an issue. The grounds are beautiful to walk around also. River tubing is also a great time for all ages. Dunn's would probably be a bit much for the 5yo. My 8yo son has done all three and loved them all. He was 7 almost 8 when we did Dunns & the dolphin swim. He just did Dunn's again and the river tubing last month.
