Scorpio1411 Posted January 21, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2008 On a couple of cruises we've been on with P&O, during the cruise they've asked if people would like to stay on for the next one at a really good price. We were wondering if this happened on all cruises or just a select few. Can anyone help please?

We were wondering if this happened on all cruises or just a select few. Can anyone help please? Well we have been on 10 and it has not happened. The nearest was a few years ago when they wrote to us about 4 weeks before a cruise on Adonia to say there was space on her next 2 day cruise, at a good price, so we took it. But as I said never on the cruise itself. :):)Happy Cruising:):) Dai
The Monocled Mutineer Posted January 22, 2008 #4 Share Posted January 22, 2008 ... invaded Iraq in 2003, we booked a last minute 14nto the Med on the Oceana for £599 each. A lot of folks on both sides of the pond had parked their holiday plans and cruises were discounting very heavily. On the peneultimate day of the cruise, the next cruise of 14n to the Baltic was offered to us to stay on board for £299 each! I was unemployed at the time and needed to get back into job searches and interviews and Val was the breadwinner, so we declined. Doh! Remaied unemployed for another 9 months!
