QV voyages in 2009?

If Southampton rt to the Med, they'll have to be 14 nighters.

I suspect we will see: Baltic, some type of Fire & Ice, Med, three weeks for Christmas/New Years. A Canary Islands trip would be nice, but who knows what they are thinking. Her longer itineraries right now are pretty slow sellers... the 7 nighters sold very well.

What I hope Cunard will do is coordinate QM2's ta service better with QV's Europe itineraries, so non-flyers from this side of the pond would have more options for sailing in Europe.

I'd bet that there'll be much more of QV in Soton in 2009. Keep in mind, QE2 is doing the Soton-Soton run right now...come 2009, when we are without her (:() it's very probable that QV will be moved in to fill that essential market.

Which begs the question, what will be done with Queen Elizabeth (II) in 2010?

The Victoria being based in the Mediterranean makes sense for Americans. I guess that once QE comes on board that we'll have one based in the Med and one based round trip Southampton, thus covering both areas.
